The Academic Records Policy (No. 6.08, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/06/6_08.html) has been re-named the Educational Records Policy and has been revised to explain the rights of students with respect to their educational records and to clarify the responsibilities of university offices which hold educational records.
