The Official Function Expenditures (Entertainment) Policy (No. 2.11, http://legal.hsc.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/02/2_11.html) has been revised to more clearly indicate the types of funds which may be used to reimburse expenses for alcoholic beverages and other allowable official function expenditures. The Speech and Assembly Policy (No. 2.12.1,http://legal.hsc.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/02/2_12_1.html) has been revised to clearly indicate the speech and assembly policy and procedure for the university. For questions regarding this policy, contact the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
The On-Call Pay Policy (No. 2.28) has been deleted. For questions, contact Human Resources.
The Substance Abuse Policy in the Workplace Policy and the Substance Abuse: Students Policy have been combined and are now the Substance Abuse Policy (No. 18.05, http://legal.hsc.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/18/18_05.html).
