The Capitol Improvements Policy (No. 16.11, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/16/16_11.html) has been re-named as the Real Property Capital Assets Policy and has been revised to reflect current processes and simplified. The following policies have been combined: 3.03 Recruitment, 4.03 Recruitment, 5.01 Recruitment, 2.21 Travel Expenses for Prospective Employees, 3.08 Relocation Expenses, and 4.18 Relocation Expenses. The combined policy is the Recruitment Policy (No. 2.17.3, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/02/2_17_3.html).
