The Emergency Situation Response Plan Policy (No. 18.01, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/18/18_01.html) has been renamed as the Emergency Situation Response and Business Continuity Plans Policy. Major revisions include a requirement that all university departments develop and maintain a written departmental emergency management plan and business continuity plan to address the department’s specific needs outside of the context of the larger university plans.
