The Faculty Grievance Policy (No. 4.24, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/04/4_24.html) has been revised. The policy has been edited for simplification and the references to the Conflict Resolution Board have been deleted as that process no longer exists at the university. The Purchases from Employees Policy (No. 13.22) and the Purchases by Employees Policy (No. 16.08) have been combined and re-named as the Purchases From and Sales to Employees Policy (No. 13.22, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/13/13_22.html).
