The Gifts to Faculty, Staff and Patrons of the University (No. 2.31, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/02/2_31.html) has been re-named and is now entitled Gifts to Employees, Students and Friends of the University. Additionally, the policy has been revised to allow gifts of cash or cash equivalents (gift cards and gift certificates) with certain requirements and restrictions.
