Revised Policies

The University Trademark Policy (No. 1.20, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/01/1_20.html) has been renamed as the Use of the University Name or Logo on Merchandise. Additionally, the procedures for approval of the use of the university's name or logo on merchandise have been updated and a link to the university's Graphic Standards has been added. For questions regarding this policy, contact the Office of Institutional Advancement.

The Breast Feeding at the Work Site Policy (No. 2.10, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/02/2_10.html) has been updated to include a link to designated lactation rooms and contacts. For questions regarding this policy, contact UT Counseling & WorkLife Services.

The Student Immunizations and Health Records Policy (No. 6.07, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/06/6_07.html) has been revised to strongly encourage students to receive one dose of meningococcal vaccine. Additionally, the procedures regarding holds placed on student records have been updated. For questions regarding this policy, contact the Student Health Clinic. For questions regarding immunizations and screening tests required by individual schools, contact the appropriate school’s Office of Student Affairs.

The Petty Cash and Change Fund Custodial Responibilites Policy (No. 11.09, http://legal.uth.tmc.edu/hoop/11/11_09.html) has been revised to refer to the Petty Cash Guidelines. For questions concerning this policy, contact Treasury Management.
